Who we are
PixelReach Agency ("PixelReach", "we", "us") is a marketing agency based in London. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us about privacy at enquiries@pixelreachagency.com.
What we collect
- Visibility Check and contact forms: your name, business name, area or postcode, business type, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.
- Brand briefs: your name, brand, contact details and the campaign information you share.
- Creator applications: your name, email, social profile links, follower range, niche, audience location and anything you tell us about your content.
- Call bookings: the details you enter when booking a call through Calendly.
- Emails: anything you send us directly.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare anything you asked for, such as a Visibility Check or a proposal.
- To provide our services if you become a client or join our creator network.
- To follow up about your enquiry. We won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where you become a client or creator partner, we process your information to perform that contract.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run the website and the business:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards website form submissions to our email inbox.
- Calendly, for booking calls.
- Tally, for some creator applications.
- Our email and file storage providers.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
If you make an enquiry but don't become a client, we delete your details within 24 months of our last contact. Client and creator records are kept for as long as we work together and then for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.
Cookies
This website doesn't set its own tracking cookies. Embedded services, such as the Calendly booking widget and Google Fonts, may receive your IP address and set their own cookies when you use them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy of it. Email enquiries@pixelreachagency.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
